Order confirmations are sent automatically on receipt of your order. If you haven't received your email, please check your spam / junk folder.
I have received my bed frame but not my mattress ( or vice versa ) ?
Due to our unique size, finish & fabric options, all products are made to order and are packed and dispatched promptly on completion.
Bed Frames, Bases, Mattresses & Bedding products are independently manufactured. They are NOT shipped together.
DISPATCH TIMES ( APPROXIMATE ) ARE AS FOLLOWS...
Mattresses: 4 - 5 working days
Bed Frames: 2 - 10 working days
Hideaway & Headboards: 10 - 15 working days
Bed Linen: 7 working days
99% of orders are dispatched within these time frames.
Tracking information will be provided by email or text message once the courier has confirmed receipt.

My order has arrived damaged or is faulty.
We understand how frustrating it can be when items arrive damaged, faulty or incomplete. Thankfully, this is extremely rare ..
DON'T PANIC !
Customers should carefully unpack all components and send photos ( by email ) of any that have damaged / faulty parts.
Replacements can be manufactured & dispatched promptly.
